Jeep – All Terrain

In 1940, the first utility vehicle was created, which was called the American Bantam. The United States Army helped to create this vehicle with the company American Bantam Car Company of Butler, Pennsylvania. This is the type of Jeep that you will see in television shows such as M*A*S*H. A lot of the components of this vehicle were rounded such as the hood, the grille, and the front fenders. On top of the fenders, were the headlights. This was a great vehicle that the army could use in order to travel through rough terrain that they might have been up against during war times.
