A Huge Improvement

I have been working for the same company for the past fifteen years. When I first started, our training consisted of being handed a thick manual and expected to read it. When we were done, we were given a test. It took a lot of personal time and was difficult to understand and remember. So when we started working with Broadcast International, I was ecstatic. This company, also known as BCST, helped us develop a distance learning program so that we could watch all of our training on television. It was a huge improvement over the workbooks, and way more interesting as well.
