Lonnie and Deborah have decided that they were going to start looking for a home. They have not established any credit and are worried that they might be denied a loan. Lonnie told Deborah that he had done some checking and that he felt that they would be able to get an FHA loan. When they found the house that they wanted to buy they talked to the agent. She was able to secure the home with an FHA no credit home loans for Lonnie and Deborah. Deborah was so excited to finally be able to get into their own home. Lonnie wanted to go and celebrate.
