I feel it is ridiculous for credit card issuers to offer college freshmen credit cards. These vulgers set up shop on the college campus for freshmen orientation. Worse yet is the college administrators allow this. I’m now a college student who will be graduating with thousands of dollars of credit card debt this spring. Credit card issuers should only be allowed on campus to offer credit to the upcoming graduating class. By the time you a senior in college you should be mature enough to handle the responsibilities of owning a credit card or two. Freshmen, some of whom are only 17 years old are not mature enough to have a credit card. Well guess what Mr. and Mrs. Credit card issuers; my college has passed out information on credit card debt settlement for students who now owe more than they can possibly pay back!
