Women Should Save For Their Retirement

Pensions for women could be considered more important then those for men, as women are more likely to face financial hardship in later life.On average, women earn less money over the course of their working life then men do, because of issues such as disjointed career patterns if they start a family. Female workers are also more likely to have part-time jobs, which again can be related to childcare and commonly will retire at a younger age then men. Given that women on average live longer then men, it could be argued that it is more important for women to save for their retirement.Women are facing tough financial times when they retire and the need to realise the importance of saving for their future so that they can enjoy their retirement years.
