I just got home from the first walk that I have taken in a long time. It is hard for me to believe that I used to be a distance runner, I am so out of shape. I am glad that I decided to use a colon cleanser and clean out my system. Now I need to make sure that my system stays clean. I am about to go into the kitchen and throw out all the junk food that we have in there. I know that my daughter isn’t going to be happy, but she needs to eat better as well. This will be good for my family.
