Benefits of Body Weight Exercise

When I started doing the body weight exercise program, I never realized that there could be so many benefits. I always assumed that you had to have fancy equipment and heavy barbells and machinery to lose weight and gain muscle. With the body weight exercise program, I have been able to strengthen the muscle I already had, lose weight, and I was able to start from where I was at with my current weight. Not to mention that I have been able to save myself so much money! With all the hype of going to the gym, I never would have thought that I could get the same kind of workout at home.
