Everyone says that the best way to lose weight is to combine exercise and dieting. I have avoided exercising so far, but I haven’t been getting very good results, so I am finally giving in and starting to do a fat loss exercise routine. So far I am just walking, but I am going to start doing something more strenuous once the walking is a bit easier to do. I am so out of shape. This exercise will help me to get healthier as well as to lose weight, so I am committed to doing it regularly and making it a part of my daily routine.
