Pain Free from Lower Back Pain in the Right Side

I have been fighting pain in my lower back pain right side for a total of eleven years.  Since the birth of my first child I have enduring chronic pain in my back and have seen numerous doctors.  At first I thought it might be kidney stones or a pulled muscle, but finally a doctor indicated that I was suffering from a pinched sciatic nerve.  It was a complex and intense pain that always seemed to be hiding beneath the surface.  I tried all different kinds of medicines that were prescribed to me to no avail.  Finally, through a system of specific excercises, I overcame sciatica and am now completely pain free!
