As you get stronger and stronger , there will be more muscles that come into play when you are performing lifts in your routine. You will pay much more attention to the positioning of your body when you get to this point. For example when you start to get strong at the bench press it usually means that your shoulders and your triceps are getting stronger aswell. You will ahve to be more concious of your mind muscle connection and make sure that you are targeting your chest to the best of your ability. Doing this will get you gaining muscle faster.
