Here are just a few fat loss tips for eating healthier which have been invaluable to me.  First, eat organic as much as possible.  Organic foods are gentler on your system, and packed full of nutrients to feed the whole self.  Second, be sure to drink plenty of water.  I have seen people lose 20 pounds of belly fat in 6 weeks by cuttting out the alcohol, and drinking 1 gallon of water per day.  Third, get yourself going with some dumbell exercises.  The best form of workout is resistance strength training.  Follow these tips to find a better you.
