Trying to Build Up More Muscle

I really would like to get a bit fitter looking. I want to have more muscle and less fat. I am looking into the various weight training programmes trying to find one that will work for me. I can’t spend too much time working out each day, but I do want to start lifting weights. I think I might do a bit each day rather than trying to fit in a really long workout on a few days during the week. I can do legs one day and arms another and abs a third day, and then repeat the cycle.
