Before buying the Singer 7470 I’d done 100% of my sewing by hand. Therefore, buying a new sewing machine was something of a trepidatious exerise for me and I did a ton of research before settling on the Singer 7470 Confidence. I am extremely happy with the Singer 7470 Confidence sewing machine and I’d wager that you’d be hard-pressed to locate a better deal.
