I did and was pleasantly surprised at the service this local company gave me. I talked to one of the installers on the phone and told them, in general, what color and texture I was looking for and they said they could bring a sample truck to my house within the hour. Now New Yorkers just aren’t used to this kind of service for any company so I knew I had to test what he offered. I was surprised when I got a knock on my door in 45 minutes and was asked to step down to the truck to take an over all look at samples and after I picked 5 or 6 possibilities he brought the samples right into the room I was I was going to re-carpet. I got a first hand look at how the carpet would look in the room. I was further shocked by the offer to have the carpet installed the same day if I wanted or I could schedule another time, which ever I wanted. Now THAT IS SERVICE.
