This coming summer I am going to be replacing roof shingles on my home. I have been considering doing this for while now. But figured that I might as get as many miles out of the old roof as I could while I owned the thing. And because I waited these 3 years of owning the home I am saving a lot of money. Money that would have been spent 3 years ago. Instead it will now be placed into the home later, and make the value of my estate even greater. I love working on homes, and making them worth more.
