California Grants for College Are Sometimes Difficult to Get

California grants for college are not the easiest grants to get. I remember when I first applied for Pell Grant that I was almost declined because of the amount of income that I made. This was back in the 1990s when minimum wage was at least half what it is now. My friend who had no job and no direction in life or in college was able to get this grant you after year.
