Our Family Grew to Love Touring Scotland with Our Caravan

When my husband announced to the family that we would be spending the summer touring Scotland, I confess that neither the children or myself was very excited. However, he forged ahead and proceeded to rent a caravan that we dutifully loaded with as much as we could. I think we packed for a year rather than six weeks. George had gone online and researched “caravan parks scotland,” so our reservations were made well in advance. That turned out to be a very good thing because some of the campgrounds filled up very quickly, especially on the weekends. I must admit, we all loved being on the road for those weeks and were a little sad to come home again. I wonder where we’ll tour next summer?
