There was an amazing amount of preparation put into the look of the makeup for the character that actress Rooney Mara plays in ?The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo? and it would seem that from the smokey eye design to the partially shaved hair to the bleached eyebrows that transformation that Mara went through would be considered incredible by anyone who had seen the actress before and after her transformation. The lead makeup artist responsible for the transformation said that they tried over two hundred distinct looks for Mara until they got the look just right and felt satisfied with it.
